Thursday, March 25, 2020 COVID-19 Update: Our offices remain closed to the public. However, Naidu Law will continue to represent clients.
Legal services are exempt from yesterday’s Executive Order 2020-07 and will continue without interruption, allowing Naidu Law to provide the necessary legal work that our clients critically need during these challenging times.
Last week, Naidu Law enacted our contingency plans allowing our staff to work remotely. Our physical office will maintain the absolute minimum staff required to support the work our attorneys are doing on behalf of our clients. The remainder of our staff have been directed to work from the safety of their home offices. The protection of our workforce is paramount to ensure Naidu Law can continue to provide you with ongoing representation.
Telephone calls will be answered promptly; telephone messages will be automatically forwarded to the necessary party; Emails will be responded to in a timely manner as well.
Any client needing to provide us documents, please scan them and upload them via your secure client portal, or you may email them if necessary. You may also mail your documents to our office.
Rest assured, we are here if you need us. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Stay safe, stay home, stay healthy!
Tuesday, March 17, 2020: To keep our clients and team safe in this evolving health and economic crisis, Naidu Law is doing its part to flatten the curve.
Effective immediately, Naidu Law will be limiting the office to its employees only. Please call or email us before showing up for previously scheduled meetings.
What does this mean for our clients? Over the past year, Naidu Law has implemented and upgraded its core technologies to allow its employees to securely work away from the office. We are now enacting contingencies we put in place that allow our workforce to work from home. Telephone calls will be picked up promptly; telephone messages will be automatically forwarded to the necessary party; Emails will be responded to in a timely manner as well. Rest assured that we have a plan to protect our workforce, which means that your legal matter will continue to receive the proper attention.
Naidu Law will continue to offer telephone and video consultations, as we have done for years. If you have an in-person meeting scheduled, you will be contacted to switch to either a telephone or video conference meeting.
To do your part, we ask that any client needing to provide us documents, please scan them and upload them via your secure client portal, or you may email them if necessary. You may also mail your documents to our office.
Naidu Law is doing everything we can to keep our team safe and productive, which means your case will be addressed appropriately. We will continue to update you about Naidu Law’s capabilities and protection of our workforce.
