I received my monthly invoice but my payment isn’t reflective on it, where is my payment?
Your payments are applied to the most outstanding (oldest) invoice first before applying any payments to more recent invoices.

How do I go about hiring you for separate case then what I already hired you for?
This isn’t difficult to do at all! You just need to let our office know and come in for a consult for this new matter and sign a new contract.
How long do I have to dispute anything on my bill once I get it?
Most of our contracts allow for 30 days from when you receive your invoice for you to put in writing what line items you are disputing.
Can I make payments online?
Yes! You can pay online via our website; just click on “Pay Online” near the top.
What happens if once my case is over I have paid more than what was worked?
Once we have prepared your final bill, if there is indeed a credit, any unused funds are refunded back to you.
Can I get my invoices mailed out to me?
Yes! Be aware we charge for printing copies and postage. We strive to print as little as possible as it saves trees and helps your wallet.
I understand I am not current, but can you have my attorney contact me?
Depending on where your case is at, if there is nothing pending to where we will have to contact you if you are not following your contract we cannot guarantee that your lawyer will contact you.
Why do I have to pay the interest?
Unlike other law firms who require payments in advance, we allow our clients to pay for services after they have already been rendered. Because we offer this the interest helps
