Examples of things we bill for are; telephone conversations, text messages, emails, consults, drafting, drive time, hearings, out-of-pocket expenses, etc. The easiest way to think of it is, if we are working on your case, you are most likely charged for that time. This is also why we have detailed billing statements so you are able to see a breakdown of all the charges with your payments applied.
